As President and CEO of Edberg & Perry, Inc., Sue is responsible for overall management of the firm, including sales and marketing, consulting services, and administration of retirement plans.

In addition to being an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) enrolled to practice by the IRS to represent clients in audits and other matters, Sue holds credentials from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) as a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). She also holds the Accredited Pension Administrator and Accredited Pension Representative (APR) credentials from the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), the FI360 Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation, and the Accredited Fiduciary Administrator (AFA) credential from the National Pension Study Group (NPSG). Along with her business responsibilities, Sue serves as the chair of the ASPPA Professional Conduct Committee and previously served on ASPPA’s Board, Executive Committee and Leadership Council. Sue is also a member of NIPA, the Arizona Employee Benefits Forum, and the National Pension Study Group. She was previously a member of Scottsdale Estate Planners, has served on the board of the American Institute of Retirement Education (AIRE) and has been the Volunteer Co-Chair of the ASPPA Education and Examination Committee.

Sue is well known and highly regarded in Arizona and throughout the nation for her knowledge and expertise in pension related subjects and her ability to translate "pension-ese" into plain English. Sue is a frequent speaker at national forums including the ERPA Conference sponsored by the IRS and AIRE, NIPA's Business Management Conference, ASPPA's Annual Conference and the ASPPA Women's Business Leaders Forum. She has also spoken locally for Western Pension and Benefits, Scottsdale Young Estate Planners, and the Arizona Employee Benefits Forum on a variety of retirement plan topics.

Sue has worked in the retirement plan sector for over 25 years and has extensive experience in design, implementation, and administration of all types of defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Her background includes managing the daily valuation recordkeeping division of a third party administration (TPA) firm and managing a TPA firm with over 25 employees.
