Edberg Perry, Inc.

Edberg Perry, Inc. was founded as E. A. Edberg Associates, Inc. in 1973 by Edwin Edberg. In the early 90s Ed passed the firm on to his son, Eric Edberg and his daughter Pamela Edberg. In 2007, Susan Perry joined the firm as partner. In 2013, the name of the company was changed to Edberg Perry, Inc and at the beginning of 2014 Sue became the majority shareholder.

Edberg Perry staff are active members of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). Their participation with these important organizations allows them to stay up-to-date on the latest pension news from Washington D.C. along with pending legislation and regulatory activity and how it affects our clients. These staff members also maintain industry credentials and certifications from ASPPA and NIPA. Additionally, senior Edberg Perry staff hold the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agents (ERPA) designation enabling us to practice before the IRS on matters affecting our clients.

In an unbundled world, who makes sure all the parts are working together? We do!

Our Clients

Our clients range from one person companies to businesses with over 100 employees and vary from professional services firms to manufacturing and real estate development companies. They maintain a wide variety of retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, money purchase plans, defined benefit plans, cash balance plans, and 403(b) plans. Since any type of business can benefit from a retirement plan, we work with sole-proprietors, partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, LLCs, professional service corporations and non-profit organizations to identify, implement, and manage the retirement plan options that work best for each unique business.
